We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased on TrillionaireMiami.com. Trillionaire products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship. All of our products are tagged and branded with our logo.

Counterfeit Trillionaire products are replicas or imitations of authentic Trillionaire products that are aimed at misleading consumers and can be of poor quality, lacking the details and the craftsmanship which characterize authentic Trillionaire goods.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Orders placed on TrillionaireMiami.com are subject to applicable state, local and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will reflect an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping zip code entered when your order was placed.

Do you accept or offer Trillionaire Miami Gift Cards?

Yes, we accept and offer gift cards. When you purchase a gift card, you receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that you can use at checkout to redeem its value.

How many units of each product may I purchase?

You may purchase unlimited items per style.

Do you offer monthly payment plan options?

Trillionaire Miami has partnered with Affirm and it's affiliate Shop Pay to offer monthly payment plan options.

What is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay offers customers the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay in installments payments for orders from 50 USD to 17,500 USD.

Your customers can choose between the following installment payment options at checkout:
Four, biweekly, interest-free payments, for orders from 50 USD to 999.99 USD.

Monthly payments for orders from 150 USD to 17,500 USD. Monthly installment orders are interest bearing from 10 to 30% APR, and may be made in three, six, or twelve months depending on the purchase amount.

Paying in installments with Shop Pay is powered and serviced by Affirm. Eligible stores determine the availability of the option to pay in installments with Shop Pay.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section.

How can I return a product I purchased online?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@trillionairemiami.com.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

No. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How many days do I have to return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I exchange an item I purchased online?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Exclusions
Trillionaire Miami ships to most countries in the world but there are some exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. For now, Trillionaire Miami doesn’t ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

When will my order ship?

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-14 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
